Medalists in 3.0-4.5 divisions and Quarterfinalists in 50+ Open and Open will receive ‘Championship Pass’ to pre register in CAPA Tournament of Champions $5000 prize money with exclusive CAPA Tournament of Champions Hoodie for each participant on Dec 16-17th.
DUPR sanctioned matches, round robin plus medal round format
Bracket finishes in 3.5 hours period, minimum 5 matches
Free CAPA merchandise and raffle prize tickets included in registration
Top 3 finishers will receive customized medals, open division with prize money
Complimentary drinks and snacks, raffle of more than $600

Men's, Women’s & Mixed Doubles (Skill: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 Age: 8+, 35+, 50+)
50+ Open Doubles (Skill: 4.0+, Age: 50+, All genders, $1000 Prize Money)
Open Doubles (Skill: 4.5+, Age: 8+, All genders, $2000 Prize Money)
Teams can be formed in Men’s, Women’s or Mixed in 50+ Open & Open Doubles. Both players must have a DUPR rating of 4.0 or above to join 50+ Open & Open Doubles.
RULES
All matches will be recorded in DUPR by CAPA after the tournament. Round robin plus medal round format for each age division. Franklin X-40 yellow will be used. USAPA 2023 pickleball rules will be applied. Only USAPA approved paddles can be in use. Net serve is continuous play. Receivers have to call OUT calls clearly and loudly in game.
Enter as a team. Both partners have to be above 50+ to join 50+ division. If I am 49 and my partner is 51, my partner and I cannot join 50+.
Please register the corresponding level as your DUPR rating. Both partners can play above their rating, but not below. If a player has a 3.49 or below rating, the player can join any divisions of 3.0 and above. If a player has a 3.50 or higher rating, the player can only join divisions of 3.5 and above. If a player does not have a rating or rating is provisional (*), the player can join in any divisions.
REGISTRATION FEE
Men's, Women’s & Mixed Doubles: $60 Per Person Per Event/$120 Per Team Per Event
50+ Open Doubles: $80 Per Person/$160 Per Team ($1000 Prize Money)
Open Doubles: $100 Per Person/$200 Per Team ($2000 Prize Money)
Please enter you and your partner’s full name on ‘Additional Information’ when you check out, and have both you and your partner register and pay before the deadline.
Zelle- If you do not have paypal, please zelle to capickleballassociation@gmail.com, make sure to email you and your partner’s full name, DUPR email, DUPR rating, age and division.
Refund- If you withdraw before Sep 3rd, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card. No refund will be given on cancellations after Sep 3rd. No refund due to weather conditions.

Pickleball Cares is a non profit program associated with Major League Pickleball to change lives through Pickleball – from players of all skill levels to the communities that support the game. This will be accomplished by introducing the game to youth and thereby providing life-changing opportunities for education, health, and well-being through pickleball. Pickleball Cares strives to improve outcomes for the education, health, self-confidence, and well-being of all who are touched by the sport of pickleball. Pickleball Cares’ primary public initiative will be “Pickleball gets kids moving again.” This initiative will focus on educating and encouraging youth to play pickleball and the importance of physical activity and good nutrition.
